Avocados Benefits :

Avocado is considered the healthiest fruit.

1. It is rich in vitamin A, B, D and E – all required for healthy skin and heart.

2. It has a high fiber, potassium and oleic acid content – good for preventing  cancer.

3. The fat is mono unsaturated fat  - helps lower cholesterol.

4. This is just a brief of how good avocado is nutritionally.


Also apply the avocados paste to face and wash after 15 minutes . Face  will become smooth and fair.

Make avocados  juice and drink. It will be energy booster.

Easy Recipes - Breakfast

Rice Flour masala rotty:

This is very famous in south India and this dish is very tasty. This will be good for breakfast .

 Ingredients :

1. Rice flour - 3 cups.
2. Onion  - chopped 2 cups.
3. Green chilly- 4 chopped.
4. Coriander leaves - chopped half cup.
5. Curry leaves - chopped half cup.
6. Curd - 1 cup.
7. Salt for taste.
8. Oil for cooking/roast

This serves for two persons. 

Preparation :

Take big bowl - put all  ingredients one by one into bowl,

Start  with rice flour , chopped onion , chopped green chilly ,chopped coriander and curry
 leaves ,curd and salt . Mix all ingredients very nicely and add little bit water to make proper thick dough (like chapati dough).

Then divide the dough int 6 small balls. Apply oil on plastic paper and then put the dough ball. Using hand make the dough ball to thin pancakes ( rotty) by beating on top of the dough ball.

Heat heavy frying pan and cook the rotty on both side with oil.

Have this with coconut chutney.
